Dr. U S Prakash

We were looking for a doctor who could diagnose my mothers swollen leg and came across Dr Prakash on Practo, I chose to visit him due to the glowing reviews and upvotes.

I am glad we decided to consult with him as his experience speaks for itself and he was able to diagnose the condition within minutes and got the necessary blood work done.**** ********** *** **** ****** *********** *** my mother is recovering steadily.

Besides this the doctor is friendly, kind, to the point and makes one feel comfortable in his presence assuring you that it will be okay, most of all my mother felt confident and safe in his care.

Since we live over three hours away from the clinic the doctor was willing to answer any queries patiently over the phone

The lab within the clinic is very efficient and reports are given almost immediately which is an additional plus, it saves you the time of having to run around.

The clinic is also well maintained with friendly staff and chemist and the ambiance is that of a temple with gentle chants playing in the background.

The consultation fee is also very reasonable.

Overall I am pleased with the doctor and he would be our go to person in the future.

Very very friendly clean environment.. hospitality of staff members starting from reception till leaving the clinic is amazing.. entered the clinic as patient but left the clinic with a new blessed feel.. saying about the doctor no words he is really amazing human soul whose touch makes the patient half relieved from the pain.. his professional treatment makes each individual patient confident to recover from the illness in the first seating itself..he is really awesome doctor... God sent for us...

We moved to Coimbatore in 2002 . We were searching for a good family physician . We were lucky to find Dr Prakash. We were in Goa for 29 years . We had a very good family physician Dr Arondekar *** *** **** **** ** *********. We were anxious to find a similar doctor in Coimbatore. We are happy we found Dr. U S. Prakash. He has a Golden touch too :-)

The waiting area is beautiful. Unlike other places where the waiting area is congested, here it is very spacious & sufficient chairs for patients.

The doctor is always friendly & to the point.

He has been our doctor for many years now.

We as a family have complete trust & faith in him.

my mother had complaints of fever since 2 months. the doctor checked for her temperature which was normal at the time of consultation as she was on antipyretic.he said my mom needs to relax and get some fresh air..we left from the clinic .the problem never subsided and only to be diagnosed by stage 4 lung cancer after a month.*** *** **** * ****** *** ***** ** ***** **** *** ********* *** ** **** he should atleast listen to the patient and be a bit compassionate,he literally gave us 3 min of consultation.

Doctor staffs refused to attend and take my 6year old girl baby who has called from school to take immediately hospitalI.

I requested but they never listen but I stand there to meet doctor and anger that movement with the behaviour of the clinic.

They simply say time over at that time was exactly 1.20pm.

I told them I will meet doctor at any cost.

Then only they allowed.

Conclusion:

It's strange that one 6year little girl suffering from vamitting and stomach pain...

And she need fast medical treatment....but

They clinic behaviour is not acceptable.

even before I complete my explanation about my illness, he started writing down tablets.

Did not even allow me to complete!!

My expectation about a doctor is who patiently listen to my history and then suggest something.

I am having fever on simultaneous months and this doctor was least bothered about that!!

I do not recommend.

We are very much satisfied with doctor's diagnosis and treatment.for that only we are coming to see him past 10 years.Now the systems were updated hospital is renovated beautifully. But I'm very sorry to say ur reception people 's attitude remains same.Being in medical field they can smile at least if they can't reply softly

Dr asked for the symptoms very patiently. He did an examination of my body after checking pulse beat, BP etc. I had carried a few medical reports which he went through carefully. He advised me to stop the medicines being taken by me. Looking at the overall physical condition, he recommended a couple of bottles of saline. This gave me energy.

Was referred to the Dr by family friend when my daughter got fever. Dr diagnosed the fever, cause and looked at the earlier reports. Prescribed minimum medicines and asked to visit again only if required. We got the medicines in clinic and next time got blood test also there. The overall experience with Doctor is quite good and all payments accepted by credit card.
