We are Absolutely happy with the Doctor. He was kind , soft , and polite in diagnosis and explaining the actual ailments and treatment and follow up .

So 10 out of 10 to the Doctor.

But , we expect fast and better Communication from the staff ( of that particular department ) .

Especially , after O P hours, if we need any clarification regarding the the Medicines prescribed, it is irritating to contact the staff and poor response rendered by them . Particularly during weekends .We become desperate when We don't get an immediate and positive response to our queries. So it ends up in Waiting till the next working day and again going through the Hectic process of waiting in the queue again till our turn comes.

If this issue is sorted out , the whole experience will become pleasurable.
