Went to consult the doctor for my grandpa's hearing loss. Dr. Kannan was very approchable and friendly. He made my grandpa feel comfortable to talk about his issue, his hesitation and doubts regarding hearing aids. He spent a good amount of time on the hearing aid trial. Today when we went there to fit the hearing aid, he spent time making sure my grandpa is independent in using the hearing aid. They took utmost care of my grandpa and am grateful for it. Only thing was that we had to spend half a day yesterday consulting doctors and taking tests. The wait time was a bit high but keep in mind they were busy yesterday. Dr. Kannan was mindful of my grandpa's meal time and he tried his best to send us home quickly so that my grandpa can have lunch on time :) Thank you for everything Doc!
