Dr. Seetharaman S is very experienced and explains everything clearly. The clinic is well organized with kind staff, and there was no waiting time.

I visited Aarees Orthodontic Dental Clinic with my parents yesterday morning.

We had an awful experience not only with the Front Desk girl but also with Dr Seetharaman. Both the Dr and his staff were rude, impolite and abusive.

We consulted the doctor after paying the consultation fees of ₹600.

While for me, only regular cleaning/scaling procedure was done, for my mother, the Root Canal procedure was advised by the doc.

After consulting Dr Seetharam for the root canal procedure, we waited about 10mins. Nobody informed us that some amount was required to be paid. We were planning to come after two days to start the root canal procedure for my mother (which would cost us around ₹60-65k), and as there was no one at the reception, we left the clinic.

The receptionist called me after 5-10 mins and started abusing me and accusing me of running away without making the payment for the X-ray and scaling. Since I was just a few yards away from the clinic, I went back and asked her if this was the way to talk to a customer.

Dr Seetharaman butted in and started abusing my father, who is about 80 years old. My father, *** *** ** ********** ********** was accused of not paying Rs 2600.

This is not the way to behave with a senior citizen.

When the front desk girl called me, she could have told me politely that some charges had to be paid and that I could make the payment online or come to the clinic to make the payment. Instead, she and Dr started verbally abusing us at the clinic. We were ********** *** insulted in front of other patients.

Please note the front desk girl neither provided a hard copy of the X-ray nor a soft copy was provided even after settling the bill. A soft copy of the x-ray was emailed to me only after following up with them in the evening.

We live in a retirement community home and often recommend doctors to our neighbours and friends. We will never recommend Dr Seetharaman to anyone.

Based on our experience, NEVER go to this doctor EVER.

Visited this clinic 3 days back. Regretting to have chosen this clinic for teeth removal and artificial teeth fixing. The first impression of the clinic gave a sense of Covid-19 safe as they provided protective cap and mask for the patients. The doctor Seetharaman, provided the consultation and the appointment was fixed at 11:15am. But the wait time was more than an hour. Not sure why they term it as “appointment” when there is no proper time management. To my disappointment, the senior doctor (Dr.Seetharaman) did not do the teeth removal process. His assistant, Dr.Chandramohan was appointed to remove 2 teeth. He appeared with a big injection (much bigger than normal; * **** **** ** ***** ******** ****** ** ** ** ********** ******** The numbness for removing 2 pre-molar teeth extended up to the head and the ear became totally numb. Never experienced such terrible numbness before *** ** *** ****** ************ The teeth removing process was so scary ** *** ********** ** ********* ******* ** *********** ******* *** * *************** ** ********** ******** *** *** **** *** * *************** ** ***** * ******* ******* ***** ********** ** *** ******** **** *** ** *** **** **** ***** ** ******* ** *** *********** ******** We, as patients are always in the notion that the senior doctor who has 25 years of experience is going to treat us and that is the sole reason why patients choose that clinic. Hence, it is totally a breach of trust and no value for the money. After the tiring teeth removal process, with all the blood residue and particles still in the mouth, the junior dentist put the cotton. No proper cleaning afterwards.

Now, coming to tablet dosage. Dr.Seetharaman asked to take the tablets thrice a day whereas Dr.Chandramohan asked to take the tablets twice a day, ultimately confusing the patient. PAN-20 tablets were prescribed but they didn’t inform whether it has to be taken before or after food. After reaching home, it was completely clueless. It is impossible for the patients to Google the tablet name and then find out whether to take before or after food. We have seen in many cases, the clinic would specifically tell this information when the tablets are prescribed and it is missing in this clinic. **** ************ ** ***** *** *** ****** ******** ** ***** ***** ****** *********** ******** ****** *** ** **** *** * ****** ** ******* ** ***** *** * ****** ***** ********** ****** ** ***** *** **** **** ********** **** *** ** *** *** ** ** *** ******* ** ****** *** *** ******* *** ** **** ***** *** *** *** **** * ******* *** ****** ********** And why do you charge so much at the same time?

Highly disappointed, no value on money, long wait time *** *** ******* ** **** *** *** ******* Aaress clinic, if you really value goodwill, please provide a refund for the work you have done. The lesson learnt is always have prior enquiry whether the senior dentists do the procedure else please go the clinic which offers you that.
