The doctor is friendly, listening us keenly with responsibility.

She clearly explains the cause and also the remedy for the cause which is fine and acceptable.

Treatment has just started. I would be knowing the result only after a month's time and share you all that time.

Regarding the fees, just a bit more I think, can make to Rs. 150/- per sitting.

Wait time is quite high, because I booked for 06:15 PM slot, and was there by 05:55 PM sharp, but the doctor arrived on somewhere about between 06:45 PM to 07:00 PM.

Can avoid it (there may be other reasons also beyond her schedules since she is a professional, so this is not an issue).

And I booked the appointment a day early through Practo and was there before 15 to 20 minutes. A person who also entered the clinic along me (not booked through Practo or otherwise) came and was made to consult the doctor first.

The clinic assistant should have made this correct by enquiring the people who fixed the appointment first to consult the doctor, through which mode and when, likewise and should have prioritised and given preference.

I thought the clinic assistant would be well informed of the appointments. But was not the case. This should be necessarily followed and if followed it would be greatly appreciated.

Clinic is nice and bright but mosquitoes are there and disturbing (Clinic assistant has to ensure that the mosquito net door is not opened often, but she herself is a reason for keeping the door open for long time, the electric bat which she uses to kill the mosquitoes burns them and gives a pungent smell since she is holding the button for a long time). This also should be avoided.

She, the clinic assistant can streamline the patients to leave their footwear in neat and legible manner since whoever comes, leave their footwear just over the steps as per their wish.

Kindly keep two signages for

1. Leave your footwear here.

2. Maintain silence.

Though it is a mistake of the patients, she can say a time and everyone coming next follows it which makes the place neat and quiet.

If these are followed, it would be a class clinic overall.

Dr.Nithya is an experienced *** ****** ********** ************* She walks through each and every details of procedure that is done and precautions, post treatment measures to be followed as well. I have been undertaking treatment for about 4 months. My acne are completely gone and very minimal chances of re-generation, if followed prescriptions properly.
