Dr. Chellam (PhD)

Consulted Dr. Chellam for personal counselling. Feeling much better and got a better clarity. Would recommend anyone looking for a counselling support.

I always thought counselling was only for people going through big problems. In my case, nothing major was wrong, but I was feeling stressed, confused and emotionally tired most of the time.

There were lot of things in my mind which I couldn't openly share with friends or family. Counselling gave me a space where I could just talk and be myself without feeling judged.

Slowly, I started understanding my feelings better and handling situations in a better way. Life is still life, but I feel much more clear and balanced now.

Taking that first step for support was one of the best things I have done for myself.

I had a few sessions with Chellam for understanding myslef better and make some healthy lifestyle changes. The first session was very comfortable to talk with her, and she understood my pain points quickly and follow up sessions have helped me to make necessary changes and feeling positive about the progress. I would recommend, if you are considering to make any changes in your unhealthy habits, you could speak to her once and take a call. I am sure it works.

I approached the clinic during a phase of extreme professional and personal stress. Dr. Chellam Narendiran is incredibly patient, empathetic, and a wonderful listener. She helped me identify my stress triggers and provided highly actionable behavioral strategies to manage my anxiety. Her guidance completely changed how I handle high-pressure situations. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with burnout or severe stress

I am seeing chellam for my emotional well-being. I get angry very soon and finds it difficult to manage my emotions. The conversation with her made me to understand the root cause of my emotional behaviour and ways to handle it. Have seen a good progress in a couple of sessions with her and I am sure to manage my emotions well.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Chellam . They were kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They made my family member feel comfortable throughout the consultation and provided excellent care. The clinic was well-organized, and the staff were courteous and helpful. I truly appreciate the doctor's professionalism and compassion, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality medical care.

The session with chellam was good and helpful. I liked it.

*** ********** ** *** ******* ********** *** *** ***** I felt better about my problem after meeting her, and it was a good decision to consult her.

We've been seeing Chellam for over 2.5 years, and I can honestly say this has been one of the best decisions we've ever made for our marriage. When we first started, we were stuck in the same painful cycles of arguments, unresolved resentments, and recurring conflicts that kept coming back no matter how hard we tried on our own.

Chellam has a remarkable ability to create a safe, non-judgmental space where both of us feel heard. Through consistent sessions, she helped us untangle deep-rooted issues, identify unhealthy patterns, and develop practical tools for better communication and conflict resolution. What stands out most is how she guided us to real closure on several long-standing problems that had been weighing us down for years. We finally feel like we've moved forward instead of spinning our wheels.

She is good and listened to be patiently. Felt relaxed and calm after the sessions.
