We had been there to consult for a small fish bone stuck in the inner throat. The consulting fee was 280 rupees and we were given a very basic plastic transparent mask (a thin plastic transparent basic cover with a cloth string to tie****** ** ********** *** ***** ********* ** ****** **** as a precaution for Covid. Then the doctor tried to view inside the mouth using an external camera which recorded the video. With the plastic in between it was impossible to let the camera inside the mouth and moreover there was glare from the plastic, *** ***** **** ********** ****** ** *** *** ***** ** ****** *** ********* He immediately said that there is need to use a probe camera so you can go out and put on the covid kit and come back. The attendant outside said the cost of probe view would be 1500rs and the cost of covid kit would be 400rs. We refused, the attendant asks us to wait for medical prescription (so there is a medicine to remove thorn??), *** ******* passes the file to their internal medical outlet and asks to collecf file from there. We had made our mind to not take medicines there, first the attendant was ready to give the file, she gave it when insisted. This is during Corona quarantine period and my wife suffering from a serious acne due to which she vouldnt even walk or do anything. we couldnt find a doctor and we were worried lot.. but luckily we met her. She said she couldnt remove acne through surgery due to lockdown but she suggested some medicines and some ointments such that acne goes off with some waiting time... now it is gone and we are really thankfull to her..
