Dr Ruchi Porwal is excellent! Not only has she taken great care of my teeth, *** ***** **** **** ******* **** ** ***** ** ******** ******** As an Australian citizen, coming to Coimbatore for a vacation, I wanted to make the best out of the limited time that I had to get my dental treatment. My expectations were extremely high and I am a hard-critic when it comes to judging healthcare services and their employees. But it's safe to say that Dr Ruchi Porwal exceeded all my expectations! From the first day itself, Dr Porwal made me feel instant comfort and eased me into the treatment. She understood my situation, my concerns and my time-constraints and delivered so beautifully! It didn't just stop at getting the daily treatment. She would come back every 10 minutes or so to check if I was doing okay and if there was anything I needed. Dr Porwal and her colleagues made sure that all the patients felt welcomed and were taken care of very well. I rate this dental clinic extremely high in hospitality and friendliness! Coming to a painful dental treatment didn't seem so painful after all! She is extremely knowledgeable and excels in all the various dental treatments the clinic has to offer - multi-skilled indeed! She's always prepared and ready to go ahead of schedule - she has incredible punctuality! Her sincerity towards this profession is so inspiring and she is so dedicated to providing the best care of treatment for her patients. She treats them like family! It’s rare to find such a down-to-earth doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient while providing outstanding quality of medical care. I recommended her to my wife and many of my friends from Australia that are seeking such specialised, elite treatment! I highly recommend this clinic to anyone that's seeking timely, effective, friendly and high-quality specialised dental services!

This is my first ever review for something and I cannot believe I'm writing it for the dental treatment I've completed. I was so scared to even visit a dentist for consultation as it was over a decade since the last treatment I had in my childhood. Having experienced painful dental treatments at a young age, it completely turned my fear into Dentophobia back then. Before visiting Dr. Ruchi, though I didn't have pain, I knew I had multiple problems to fix. Finally after I mustered up some courage, I decided to visit Dr. Ruchi after reading so many positive reviews from Google and Practo. She was so friendly, professional, sweet and exactly understood my mindset. She will make sure to make us comfortable throughout by treating with less pain and that is why I'm completely satisfied with the money and time invested. The way Dr. Ruchi treats and the regular follow ups from her team gives a secured feel that we are in good hands. I've completely gotten rid of my dental fear now and will contact Dr. Ruchi in the first place for any of my dental needs. Kudos to Dr. Ruchi and her team for the amazing work they do!!

I visited Dr.ruchi after seeing the reviews in practice for wisdom tooth extraction. I had the problem for one year and was afraid to go to the dentist but tis time since the pain was unbearable I decided to go. Seeing my anxiety the doc made me so comfortable and explained me the procedure and told me that she will take utmost care to make it less painful on the day on my surgical extraction I literally cried before the procedure started coz of fear but she made me much comfortable gave me tym to make up my mind... And once I was ok the procedure started n ended within half an hour... The only minimal pain I had was when I was given anaesthesia... After the treatment they followed us regularly... From the surgery till suture removal I didn't have any. Pain... Just followed the way doc suggested... And now I'm rid of that pain I had a year long... Now I'm happy that even if I have any dental issues in future will go to Dr.ruchi without any fear... I would definitely recommend her especially for the persons who are afraid about pain like me... I have been visiting this clinic for the past two years for various dental issues, and every single time their service has exceeded my expectations. Last year, I had a crown done, and it looks neat, very natural, and blends perfectly. They clearly use top-quality materials.

Recently, I came in with a broken front tooth. I initially thought a dental implant would be the solution. However, Dr. Ruchi carefully understood my concern and explained that my bone density was not sufficient for an implant. She thoroughly analyzed the situation, balancing both aesthetics and strength, *** **** ********* *** **** ******** ************ She patiently explained the entire procedure, which helped me fully understand and feel confident about the treatment.

Today, the procedure was completed, and the final result is absolutely amazing—very natural and comfortable. I don’t feel like there is any foreign material in my mouth at all.
