Overall good. Nursing staff is exemplary. They are friendly and have good knowledge.
The room cleaning staff need to be more thorough. Tables and chairs need better cleaning as there is dust and even some stains on tables.
For the size of the room the rent was a bit on the higher size compared to other hospitals
The ac needed cleaning when we were admitted to 202 and the ac mechanic cleaned the ac filters in the bathroom leaving a muddy mess on the floor. This could be done routinely to avoid doing it while patient is in the room. The nursing staff called in the bathroom cleaner who came immediately to rectify the dirty bathroom. So that ended well.
When I came for admission the room was not ready. We waited 3 hours when finally my doctor called and asked the ward whether it was ready. Communication and working between shifts must be resolved to avoid such delays
