Going to therapy with Femitha mam for the past 1 and a half years. A true life changing experience.
To be honest, I am not exaggerating. I have been suffering from OCD for the past 15 years. In addition to seeing a psychiatrist, my doctor advised that I also seek help from a psychologist. Over the years, I have visited at least 10 psychologists, but none of them provided practical tips to help me combat my compulsions.
Then I met Femitha Ma'am, and she was like an angel in my life. She is not like a typical psychologist who just listens and offers support. I found a unique approach in Ma'am that I hadn't encountered in my previous experiences with other psychologists.
Ma'am is incredibly kind, she understands all your concerns, follows up on your progress, and is not just a great therapist but also a great friend. She gives practical advice and addresses the things I had been missing out on.
Because of Femitha Ma'am, I have made significant progress and have improved a lot. She has changed my character, my approach to life, and has filled me with positivity. I am and will always be grateful to her for all her efforts.

Femitha is very patient. Very calming. She listens carefully. Keeps note of all details. And is very very sincere with her efforts. She suggested activities that could help with reframing how i think, they helped me a lot. I've attended therapy for several months with her and feel like a very different person now. Feel much more grounded and confident naturally. Genuinely thanking her a lot and would definitely recommend her as a reliable therapist to anyone who wants to reform themselves.
