Dr. Deepti is highly professional, ************* *** ************ She understood the problem and explained the course of treatment. Her explanation was thorough and gave all the pros and cons of the treatment procedure. Her style of dealing with patient's fear is unmatchable. She confides in her patient, gains her trust and then starts the treatment.
The RCT procedure did not go as planned due to the complex nature of my tooth. Dr pointed that out during second visit the damage to the tooth was extensive and RCT alone wouldn't be a siccess and went ahead with Implant as the damage to the tooth was unrecoverable. With my permission she performed the Implant surgery (painlessly) and kept monitoring that at the interval of 4-5 days and World call almost every evening to check on.
She did not charge anything extra for the Implant procedure and said you don't have to pay anything for any extra work unless the procedure is successful. I'm now recovering and finally she managed to save my tooth which otherwise would by lying in trash. I've visited almost 6-7 times and received as many phone calls from her to check my progress. She cares for her patient.

Overall process is pretty good the way that they dealt.
Dr. Deepthi Prasad was friendly and able to understand the situation and the cause stepping into the shoe.. Instead making things hurry / rush. She took steps to ensure the procedure and cure done in proper way of RCT, filling and cap alignment. And post treatment care be taken care in this difficult pandemic situation.

This was my first root canal treatment and glad I made right choice reaching out to Dr Deepthi Prasad. Prior to walking in to 32 smiles, I visited couple of dental clinics wherein doctors were not even able to diagnose the problem. My case was bit complicated because I had some internal tooth fracture which should be dealt carefully with RCT. Dr Deepthi was very professional, interactive, experienced, on-time, clearly outlined the issue, explained reasons on what led to this situation and outcomes expected post RCT. Had to see doc for 3 sittings to complete RCT and dental cap. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Dr Deepthi for any dental issues. During COVID scenarios I really appreciate 32 smiles management on keeping me informed about doc availability and appointment
