We found doctor not consulting online via practo & called with suspicion whether we could consult. Clinic person said direct clinic consultation is going on and noted our details to call back again. We received call from doctor and problem was discussed in detail, past reports and tests were analysed in detail and treatment given. Good improvement now in 1 week.
