She provides the tricks to focus on positivity.Her approach is very magnetic.
And no doubt, she tells how to overcome the negativity.
I am happy to say that after the session, there is definetly a change in myself.

I have known her since a year.
Normally one feels apprehensive in sharing one's problem to a unknown person even though he or she is a Counsellor at the professional front.
But with Ms Nisha, my very first encounter made me so comfortable and she gave me the feel as though she was a member of my family. I appreciate her genuine concern in helping me solve my issues.
A very honest, enterprising, encouraging and supportive Counsellor.
She has made me a much stronger person in my outlook to face real life situations with hope.
She has helped me understand as a woman how to face and cope with family issues and how to accept and accomplish my achievements with a positive drive.
Her Counselling sessions helped me overcome my distressing and depressive moments and motivated me with hope to live life to its fullest.

I reached a dangerous point where I could no longer handle stress.. my health & my behavior towards my kid was getting affected.. I attended 2 sessions with Nisha & told her about the reasons for my stress.. she listened patiently & told me techniques to relieve myself from stress.. my biggest motivation came when Nisha told me that I am a strong person . Key take away from Nisha's session is I give importance to my wellbeing & my kid now. Now I don't care about what thoughtless people think about me .. Then I decided to take counseling and come out of it. I met Nisha Ma'am for counseling. She heard my problems in a kind manor. And she found the truth why I suffering with those problems.
