We met Doc J.P. Our experience was good. I will recommend my links to Doc J.P.

But staff there needs training about allotting time and managing sequence. Even after digital list using tablet and mobile, Staff wasn't able to maintain sequence and it was confusing.

I visited clinic and same time another person visited. We both were fresh first time entry(without appointment by mobile ) we took money slip and went to registeration counter. We were parallel all the time and step.

Guy got Doc's visit time 12:00 and I got 12:10. Later and I was surprised to found there were 3-4 people between us from no where(we were parallel on every step and time).

I frankly asked registration guy(junior one who registered me) and he tried to explain excuses which were not correct.

Later I was surprised again that even after that error 1-2 people who were below my name on list got visit before me :/

Conclusion:

1) Visit Time given to other guy was 12:00 and me 12:10. He got his visit approx 1:00 and I got my visit on 1:30, so even without appointment sequence error, it's was 1 hour delay; staff needs a calibration on how to appoint time.

2) 3 people got appointment booked before me from nowhere and 1-2 people who were below in list got visits before me.

So while visiting, stay alert about sequence, don't expect you will get a fair call for your name.

3) Sequencing isn't a big issue, Doc is good, should visit :)

I am fully satisfied and convinced by the treatment given by Dr J P Vyas. So called well wisher suggested to go to meteo cities for my complex ailment of bleeding in ratina cum retinal detachment but I had faith my doctor and he has done excellent for me. Praying for his prosperity and benevolence towards patients.

I have heard about Royal People..I have seen the Royalness in Dr.S.P.Vyas and his son Dr.J.P vyas.Great doctors of Bikaner division..I suggest anyone who is having problem in eyes should visit these doctors,I am sure u will feel better just by meeting them..Great

Doctor is very friendly.and he discuss the problem and explain solution.firstly he calm the patience by virtue of his polite language and behaviour. His staff is also very friendly.doctor has very good experience.I personally recommend him as my first choice.

Doctor provide us satisfaction but some major issues:

1) Doctor provide my wife number : in (+) but actual numbers are in minus (-), we now when after specs not set in eyes, we again visit to other doctor then we shocked with results hoe can doctor play with us (verified with 2 more doctor)

2) Reduces staff, they really not support.

Doctor has enhanced consultation charges from 200 to 300. Means consultancy charges enhance by 50% which is very high. ATM patients are increasing so I would request that please drop the enhancement of fee. Charge @200 only.
