She's amazing! Helped me realise what I was lacking. It was splendid that I got a chance to do a session with her. This was my first counseling and it was online but didn't have any problem. I loved this session. I will recommend her 5/5! Ofcourse. She's explained me things wonderfully. Honestly I was so anxious and all about my problems but it wasn't threating as I felt. She is the person , can read mind and heart. She is bold enough to share her own personal experiences as examples. She is kind, affectionate and polite in her approach but keeps truth always a step ahead. She is taking care of feelings and health issues of the patients as her family. My journey with Doctor Sangeeta started like 2 years back. I was going through very difficult times. She helped me deal with all the problems that I was facing. Even during this Lockdown period, she constantly helped me get through the changes or situations that had hot me anxious through webinars. Those webinars proved to change my life drastically, as I gained clarity, I learnt how to bring sustainable change in my life and most importantly howto use this lockdown period as my transformation period. It gave me clarity about myself and my life.

Never did I thought of the power of alphabets or how a hypnotic walk through with the doctor can bring me out of my past, insecurities and dilemma. Being a person who would rarely open up to a stranger, I was in awe with the fact that she provided me the environment to open up without a doubt. She is friendly, caring and genuine in her approach and most importantly she involves herself in the cause deeply. She wouldn't ask me to bring anyone who's suffering like me to her but asked me to teach the person, the same methods to help everyone around. I would definitely recommend her to everyone out there who needs help or just want to know themselves better and make a positive change in their life. Like me, everyone with a little help from her can be more focused, calm and complicated. Thank you for all that you did for me. :')

She is an excellent therapist. Good assessment of your problem. She help me introspect and see through the many layers of myself, and find out where I go wrong repetitively.She help me build perspective and take up self improvement in a way wherein I feel more up to the hardships I am facing . Now, She is guiding me to work with my anxiety issues,by practicing the techniques and changing the way I approach problems I am able to stay calm in difficult moments, With a little more work I hope anxiety will no more be a limiting factor in my daily life

The very first call with the doctor gave me the confidence and a positive feeling that she js the perfect one for my child. More than the treatment , the warmth and affection with which she has treated the child is beyond explanation. She undetstand the issues of the parents with so much of patience and would give solutions that would not not even sound as medical treatment which is the best part.
