The doctor is very friendly and very good.
But the man collecting fees is very RUDE *** ************
HE TREATS THE PATIENTS AND THEIR ATTENDANTS ** ** **** *** *** ******
HE PUTS THE TV LOUDLY WHICH CAUSES A LOT OF DISTURBANCE, EVEN THOUGH "SILENCE" BOARDS HAVE BEEN PLACED EVERYWHERE.
WHEN ASKED TO SWITCH OFF HE ARGUES AND BEHAVES RUDELY SAYING "IF YOU ARE DISTURNED BETTER WAIT OUTSIDE."
BECAUSE OF SUCH UNSOCIAL ELEMENTS REPUTATION OF THE CENTRE IS TARNISHED.
THE AUTHORITIES SHOULD TAKE STRONG PUNITIVE ACTION AGAINST SUCH PRACTICES.

I have booked the appointment for my father in law. Behavior of the doctor is very good. The treatment is full satisfactory. But online booking is of no value. I have been allotted with the 9.30 slot therefore i reached there by 9.05 and my serial number is 10. when I asked about the online booking the reply of the staff is that "online booking is of no value for us & we only accept first come first serve basis." In fact they have asked "who advised to book online and we don't accept such facility". So in my opinion regarding online booking is negative. One should not book online coz it is of no value for the staff of VISION CARE. They only accept first come first serve basis. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE FOR ONLINE BOOKING.

The customer service is very poor. They doesn't treat patient properly. Calling on different dates multiple times and not attending properly.
Pls dont visit them.
We waited for 2 hours for a normal eye test and received another date for final call but even after visiting them twice they didnt attend us with few excuses.

I am Jayanthi Srinivasan.I had taken my mother for check up.As she can't share the experience I am doing on her behalf.Doctor Rao is a Very simple and sweet mannered person.Very practical too.As my mother is 87,he just gave an eye drop and did not advice surgery.Nowadays we find money extraction every where.So it was a welcome change for me.I shall definitely recommend him to my friends.

My appointment was at 12 PM but my turn came at 1:30 , First of all they denied that there is no appointment. On line facility is not there. Than I talked with the doctor personally and he cooperated. The staff was not at all cooperative. They denied that I have done the online booking and put me in the queue for another one and half hour.

We r waiting for more than 1 hour i am feel little bit hectic situation but when we met doctor Rao, oh i can't explain what a personality, what polite he talks & sudden i am feeling glad to treat my father with such a personality, I share with my colics about the doctor's behaviour & treatment. My father is 65 years old he directly not advice for cataract operation and not write any more medicine or drop, let continuing with same after some month we r go through the operation. Really I am very much Ecstatic with the treatment at VISION CARE EYE HOSPITAL, PATIA.

As per my appointment, I made my eye test at about 11.15 A.M. and Doctor checked my eye about 12 noon.The discussion with Dr. Rao was very cordial and satisfactory.Standing besides his chamber, I sincerely marked that each and every patient were discussing with doctor, as if their family members.I salute Mr. Rao for rendered service.
