I am sorry to say that the process and procedure followed to book appointment slots and Doctor availability have a lot of gaps. Recently I booked an appointment for my father. They had given an appointment at 1:30 PM and after waiting for more than 2 hrs. still, the Doctor didn't turn up.
They kept telling me to wait and they were not sure when Doctor will turn up also.
