Dr. Jyoti Ranjan Parida is the "First Doctor from Odisha" to complete DM degree in Clinical Immunology & Rheumatology. After passing M.B.B.S from MKCG Medical College, Berhampur in 2002, he has done his M.D.(Internal Medicine) at SCB Medical College, Cuttack from 2005 – 2008. Presently he is working as Head of Clinical Immunology & Rheumatology department at IMS & SUM Hospital. He is a pioneer in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound in Odisha and a national faculty in various National Musculoskeletal Ultrasound workshops. He had done his postgraduate research thesis entitled “A study of Clinical Profile of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus and Correlation of Serum Mannose-binding Lectin with disease activity” which was later published in prestigious indexed international journals like Arthritis Research & Therapy and Human Immunology.

I had my appointment with the doctor at 8:00 PM but my number came at around 9:00 PM. Then they told me that they will be giving an injection and that will take time as the doctor will only give the injection once all the patients are gone so I told them that I will be coming tomorrow morning at 10:00 AM and on this the doctor also agreed but in the morning again I faced the same problem and they told me to come in the evening at 5:30 PM. I arrived at the clinic at 5:15 PM and then again my number came at 7:10 PM. This is totally unprofessional and rude. I understand that doctor has lots of work to do but at the same time he should also respect others time as we are not free and have only one work. Totally unsatisfied with this doctors management team. Thank you

Everything is all right about doctors treatment but the staffs of clinic are not patient friendly.I think it can't be improved till old staffs are there.I am telling this after 6-7 times visit to the clinic.Another main issue is that the person who holds the booking phone number didn't receive the call after trying 2 days continuously while condition was emergency.
