I would say the doctor’s communication was more than average. The clinic was clean and good, and the wait time was about half an hour. I would rate the value for the fee as 5 out of 10.
The doctor was not available despite traveling a long distance, which was very disappointing.
I reached the clinic 5 minutes late due to heavy traffic, but the doctor had already left. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and no one assisted me despite my calls. There was also a language barrier as the staff responded in Odia, which made communication difficult.
