I am old patient here but today I visited to the doctor for my intolerant pain in my hand,i requested to the management, they informed me Sir will call you,but it didn't happen,our serial number also crossed.We waited for 3 hours,they have taken the fees and our file ,we returned to home without showing to doctor.Completely dissatisfied with management team

Everything is all right about doctors treatment but the staffs of clinic are not patient friendly.I think it can't be improved till old staffs are there.I am telling this after 6-7 times visit to the clinic.Another main issue is that the person who holds the booking phone number didn't receive the call after trying 2 days continuously while condition was emergency.

Thanks to Doctor Parida sir for giving such an good treatment, identifying the correct health issue, Its really good and Correct Place for Arthritis Patients.

I had my appointment with the doctor at 8:00 PM but my number came at around 9:00 PM. Then they told me that they will be giving an injection and that will take time as the doctor will only give the injection once all the patients are gone so I told them that I will be coming tomorrow morning at 10:00 AM and on this the doctor also agreed but in the morning again I faced the same problem and they told me to come in the evening at 5:30 PM. I arrived at the clinic at 5:15 PM and then again my number came at 7:10 PM. This is totally unprofessional and rude. I understand that doctor has lots of work to do but at the same time he should also respect others time as we are not free and have only one work. Totally unsatisfied with this doctors management team. Thank you

we are aged persons, the doctor could hear patiently my wife's problems.we are to wait for the medicines to respond.

I have rheumatism since 3 years and gone through various treatment methods and consult few Allopathic rheumatologist but my perception is entire different this time. Dr. Jyoti has explain things in very understanding manner and I'm happy and satisfied with his medication and procedures.

The staff of OARC are also very humble and cooperative towards the patients and their attendants.

Appointment timing was 9am but the timing was not adhered to....a different que was already there..doctor discussed about disease and line of treatment

Collecting information from patient about patient's reaction towards diesease, it's symptoms, etc in detailed, giving valuable suggestions to patient for boosting moral. Behavior towards patient is very nice. May God Bless him a very long happy life so that he may care for patients.
