I have dry and sensitive skin. I have a small dark pigmentation spot on my nose, approximately fingertip-sized. I have been using a triple-combination cream containing hydroquinone, tretinoin and mometasone furoate for more than 1 year, usually at night, although sometimes I skip it for 1–2 days. The spot is still present. I want to know the cause of the pigmentation and whether I should continue, stop, or change this cream. I also want a suitable sunscreen and skincare routine for my dry, sensitive skin.
