Let me share my experience after getting treatment from Dr. Anil Desai ji.

Background: This is Pawan Kumar, 34 years of age living in the capital of India (New Delhi) and working as a Product Designer at healthkart (Gurugram). I have a sedentary lifestyle and usually end up working 8-10hrs. I used to drink once-twice in a week alonwith smoke to avoid stress (I hope corporate people can understand).

Problem: I have been facing Gastric & Bloating problem since 8th Class and things started deteriorating after my marriage (1 year ago), anything I eat at night even satwik food as well I couldn’t digest properly & leads to gastric problem which is quite embarrassing to me because my partner & me share the same bed.

Treatment: I consulted few other gastric experts in Delhi, also did online consultation as well but ended up wasting money and got a temporary solution which leads only a month or two.

Lifestyle: As I mentioned above in my background that I used to take alcohol & smoke (occasionally) and my morning routine was quite similar to a middle class man (Wake up at 8:00am, drink tea + Brown Bread, outside food in lunch (Dal Makhni, Kadhai Paneer etc and then take tea etc..))

Action Plan: Dr Anil Desai sir gave me action plan to cure the gastric problem mentioned below.

5:00AM - Wake up at 5 am in the morning & drink warm water 2 glass (including aloe Vera juice)

5:15AM - I go to freshen up

5:30AM - I do yoga in the morning (Asana & Kriya suggested by Anil Desai Sir)

7:00 AM - I Prefer Nariyal Water + Giri after performing yoga

8:00 AM - I take shower with warm water (in cold days)

9:00 AM - I take one tablet empty stomach

9:30AM - I usually take Banana/Papita/Anar in the breakfast

12:00PM - I prefer taking lunch (Only boiled food like Ghiya, Tori, Tinda, Palak, Gobhi + 3 chapati) at 12:00 PM followed by the medicine suggested by the Anil Desai sir.

2:00PM - I take a glass of Green Tea

3:00PM - I take high fibre biscuit (Suggested by Doctor)

5:00pm - I again take 2 glass of warm water including aloe Vera juice

5:30pm - I prefer taking empty stomach medicine (Suggested by doctor)

6:30pm - I prefer daliya in Dinner Followed by the tablets suggested by Doctor

7:00pm - I take isabgol & Subja seeds as suggested by doctor

9:00pm - I go to bed for sleeping.

FYI: Please don’t blindly follow above mentioned action plan without consulting Dr. Anil Desai Sir because he suggests different diet plan & Medicines for different age group of People.

Result: I have been following above mentioned routine for the last 38 days and I don’t have words to express my gratitude towards Anil Desai Sir, currently I must say that my 99% of Gastric/bloating problem has been resolved now and I am feeling more energised and focused as well.

Future: Dr. Anil Desai sir suggested me to continue the treatment for 24 more days and post I will continue follow the same routine (excluding boiled food :) but less outside food) to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

FYI: This is not a paid promotion suggested by anyone. I genuinely took time from my busy schedule and I hope my words will motivate people enough towards a healthy lifestyle.

I would like to Thank Dr Desai for his amazingly good prescribed treatment.

I was facing an Eye itching since last approx 3 to 4 months > which kept on increasing over the period. it increased so much that I was not able to watch TV / Mobile / Laptop > my eye were watery, I was itching them badly throughout the day.

So, I consulted an online Ophthalmologist (Allopathic Eye Dr) > and the Dr was good he prescribed two eye drops to me > and suggested to visit a Dr physically if there would be no relief in 3 days. So as suggested by Dr, I visited a local Dr (Eye Surgeon), as there was no relief.

This time the Dr checked my eye and said bla bla bla (Oil glands are blocked, and there is an infection too - bla bla bla) > and gave a quick treatment in the clinic itself and then also asked me to come after 7 days for Eye Mask treatment (to complete the treatment - in order to unblock the oil glands completely, as Dr said 20% to 30% blockages are still there and Eye Mask will be the best treatment ). Eye Dr also gave two eye drops and said that now I will feel better, there will be no itching, however eye mask treatment will be needed to remove the rest of the blockages. And I lost almost Rs 5K already till here (thank god I didn't go for Eye Mask treatment).

Now, my wife suggested me to also consult an Ayurvedic Dr (see listening to wife, sometime it helps - lol :)).

So, I reached out to Dr Desai for Ayurvedic treatment of my eye issue.

I explained everything to Dr Desai > and he prescribed "Ujala & Itone" >>> and the magic happened - my eye issue got fixed in 24 hours time ---- wow.

And on top of that I also saved money by not wasting it on Eye Mask Treatment.

We have consulted the Doctor for my Sister 2 months before and we have explained the Skin Problems which are Regular Acne, dark marks and pores issues.
