Very disappointing consultation experience. The doctor did not attend the scheduled consultation call properly, and there was no meaningful communication or discussion during the appointment. I had booked the consultation expecting professional guidance and the opportunity to explain my concerns, but unfortunately, that did not happen.
I would expect better communication and professionalism during a paid consultation.
