I want to thanks dr Vidhya for all the support during this special time i was new to the city with no idea of any doctor i visited many doctors but when for the 1st time i met her i was 100percent sure she is the one whom i need during my pregnancy for all the expert advices and care she was always available over a call away i have never met such a amazing doctor who care patients like there family members and always approachable when in my emergency c section delivery it was 12 am in morning she still picked the call and was there in the hospital ..thank you 1000 times-for all the efforts you have put for your patients we are forever grateful to you for everything you did.

We had the privilege of being treated by Dr. Vidya Rani Sinha at Ganga Charan Hospital, and we

can confidently say that she is an exceptional gynecologist. Her expertise, compassion, and dedication to patient care truly set her apart.

There was the time when i was looking for the best gyni in the town. Finally, my search was over to find Dr Vidya Sinha, when i was bluffed by the SEWA Maternity near isaiyu ki puliya because next level double standard work going on at this clinic.

I was totally satisfied with the treatment given

by Dr Vidya mam, as her nature is very friendly, cooperative and whenever my wife need any kind of assistance regarding pregnancy symptoms, mam was ready to reply on WhatsApp any time. So, she took it upon herself, she has given my wife a best treatment. 5 ⭐ for Vidya Mam,

She has a magical hands, Vidya mam tried really hard for normal delivery,but due to some complication caused by raised heart rate of babe, mam suggested us for c-sec delivery. She has a magical hands, as cut was made small and neat where stitch was some kind of self healing type. Very good work was done.

Hospital staff is very supportive.

But management staff is not cooperative 1 ⭐ only.

I have booked a private room at the time of my wife's delivery pain, in hospital private room there was no such basic facilities like toilet soap, bucket and mug. When i requested for atleast toilet soap to be kept in rooms, Management didn't her me out. After toilet we need atleast a soap to wash our hand. But management didn't felt it's a important thing.

CLEANLINESS TO BE GIVEN PRIORITY especially during COVID TIME.

Doctor Vidya is very experienced, humble and supportive and provide exceptional care and advice. Doctor Vidya managed my wife’s pregnancy very well and delivered the baby with no complications.

She is very transparent and even helped and advised us over WhatsApp by reviewing our reports.

She was very flexible in delivering the baby early morning as per our request and made all the necessary arrangements with the medical staff.

A word of caution is for the hospital SHRI GANGA CHARAN, Bareilly which is pathetic in all aspects. Note that we had booked their premium room. The medical staff and support staff is highly impolite and unprofessional. One of the female medical staff left needles, used syringes and medicine wrappers on the patient bed and when asked to not to do so she said this is the way it is done and I should call sweeper to get it cleaned as she is overloaded with work. Bedsheets of patient bed was not changed even for days and staff gave excuses that laundry is not providing clean sheets in time. The room AC was not working and on multiple complaints it was repaired after one day. Toilets are filthy with no toiletries. We opted for TPA but even on several request TPA did not provide the breakup of package and every attendant in room will come with a list of medicine asking us to buy and bring it to them even though it was covered in TPA package. Only after confrontation they would agree to accept it under TPA package.

OVER ALL, DOCTOR VIDYA is great and experienced in handling even complex cases but GANGA CHARAN hospital is pathetic.

I reached out to Dr. Vidya for my wife's pregnancy, and she was under her treatment for the complete term of her pregnancy. During the whole duration of my wife's pregnancy, Dr. Vidya was very supportive as well as knowledgeable. She guided us through all the trimesters and, with the help of timely blood checks and USGs, tracked the overall progress of our baby.She was also available on phone calls as well as Whatsapp when we required her the most and provided her valuable advice to my wife on her pregnancy related issues. She ensured that both mother and baby were safe and in good health.Under her supervision, my wife's c-section was performed successfully, and both mother and baby are in good health now.I really appreciate her humbleness and the way she listens to her patients and would recommend anyone who is looking for a trusted and efficient gynecologist to opt for Dr. Vidya's treatment, and I can certainly say that she's among the best gynecologists in the city.

I opted for elective c-section and the recovery was very fast as compared to my previous c-section experience, which I had at a very well known Hospital in Delhi.

Dr Vidya is very soft spoken, experienced and expert in her field. Her sense of duty, responsibility and professionalism is really commendable. Unlike many doctors, she quickly diagnoses and prescribe to resolve in the best way. No unnecessary tests or medicine . I would recommend a must consultation if some faces issue
