The good part of doctor is that he himself take pain and explain each and everything. There was some issue in my network so video call was not possible , so sir himself called many times as the treatment progress and it was not like that when I am calling then he was.

i consulted the doctor via practo app very early in the morning. I was quite scared since I was having skin allergy symptoms ( which I didn't know then) and my eyes were pretty inflamed too.
