The good part of doctor is that he himself take pain and explain each and everything. There was some issue in my network so video call was not possible , so sir himself called many times as the treatment progress and it was not like that when I am calling then he was.

i consulted the doctor via practo app very early in the morning. I was quite scared since I was having skin allergy symptoms ( which I didn't know then) and my eyes were pretty inflamed too. The doctor's demeanor put me at ease as he explained the issue and prescribed me medicine that quickly abated my symptoms, enabling me to not miss my important schedule for the day ahead. I first consulted Dr Zaheer in May, when I was falling ill with a throat infection and I had to fly to singapore on a holiday. I didn't want to be sick on a holiday.
