Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Himani Indeewar were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Himani really took her time to explain my conditions with me as well as showed me the inner ear through the camera when my treatment was finished. I am fully satisfied with her service.I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic. Today afternoon I had an appointment with the doctor. I was fairly surprised by the quality of service I received. Mostly doctors spend a min or two with you, and quickly get you a prescription. But Himani sat through, listened to everything I had to say. She dint come to a quick conclusion. Diagnosed the issue after multiple tests. And gave me the ***** treatment I needed to take. It was more neural than a normal ENT. She was extremely professional, explained in detail and provided the care necessary.

From the minute I entered the clinic, I was not impressed, first of all she had me waiting for an hour and a half even with no footfall. When we entered her cabin, she didn’t even look into my eyes and talked to me with impatience which immediately made me feel on edge. I was telling her about my ear pain *** *** ***** ** ** *** ******* **r. Doctor her self was nice and explained everything good, she was polite and nice. It means either needs to control everything she prescribes or to find another doctor! Doctor was not hurrying like other doctors to complete the visit very quickly and move to next patient. She took time to understand the issues, then did all the physical checks then gave little medication. I recovered in 2 days. P.S. I have been suffering for almost one week even after visiting an Apollo Clinic doctor before coming here which shows quality of this doctor.

she is sucha pleasant person. the moment I entered the room she seemed so energetic and calm. she diagnosed my ear and very patiently explained everything in a friendly manner.
