We have joined Arogya Physiotherapy center for DR issue (Diastasis Recti will mild Hernia and a gap of 7.7 cm DR).

Before joining, we have visited other big hospital in Bangalore for this treatment, they completely scared us with a surgery and it's complications in future.

Later we have come across Arogya Physiotherapy in YouTube and Instagram and visited for the first time, there we met Gopika Nair madam, who initially examined and explained clearly about what exactly the issue and gave us confidence in joining here and under go for a 16 Day course.

We have joined and completed all 16 sessions.

Gopika mam is an expert in this area/specialization (she is very punctual, supportive, open minded, very patance) with her guidance and physiotherapy exercises, ** **** **** * ***** ******** *** ********The DR gap reduced drastically and became normal, reduced DR from 7.7 cm to 3 cm.

Ofcourse, still regular excercise required daily for few more months by our own at home.
