I started my consultations on the 21st of November 2019 with a weight of 82 kgs . I weigh 75 kgs now in February 2020 . I wanted a slow rate weight loss of no more than 2 kgs a month and she was fully supportive of that . She has helped me understand my plate of food in a way that today going out means stepping out on a full stomach and not eating junk . I highly recommend her as a nutritionist and dietician because she patiently understands the lifestyle needs and consistent ways of keeping one true and committed to their goals .
