Hope Clinic, Shillong

Where do I begin with this clinic. I visited Dr Sethi for a small wart on my face. It was growing so I was worried. Went I met her she scared me saying it was cancerous and I needed to do immediate laser treatment. Next day I did so because of course I didn’t want it to be a cancer issue. After a week my forehead and the left side of my face looked like someone clawed me* *** ***** ********* **** **** ******** ******* ****** ** **** *** ********* ***** ** * ***** ***** *** **** ******* ****** *** ***** ********** So I went to see her again and told showed her my marks, she said oh..!!! It’s okay just stand in the sun for half an hour everyday and it will go away. I’m like what..!!!! Are you joking. Then she sent me off. **** * ********* *** *** *** ******* *** **** ** * ***** **** **** *** ****** *** *** ******* ** ** ***** After a month I went to see a homeopathic doctor *** ** ****** ** **** *********** *** ***** **** **** ****** * ***** *** ********* *** **** **** **** ********* *** *** ****** ******* **** ********** My suggestion is trust your gut more that Hope Clinic. Another incident was with my mother, a doctor there scared her with yet another illness that cannot be fixed nor explained, *** **** **** ****** **** * ***** ******* ***** ** **** **** *** ****** ******* ***** ** ******** *** ** *** ******* **** **** *** ****** ** **** ****** ********* *** *** ** ****** ** ***** *** ***** She wouldn’t be if we had listened to the doctor at Hope Clinic.

My experience at the hair clinic was quite positive. Dr. J. sethi was detailed, explained the reasons for my hair issues clearly. They checked my scalp and suggested suitable treatments ******* ******* ******** ************ The staff were professional and friendly, and I felt comfortable throughout the process. The clinic maintained good hygiene, and the sessions were handled smoothly. I’ve noticed gradual improvement, and the follow-up care has been consistent, which gives me confidence in continuing the treatment.

Before taking photo of my personal body, it would be respectful, if the doctor takes my permission. It felt a little embarrassing. Otherwise, though i live near NEGHRIMS, i came all the way to a private hospital, so that i can get consulted faster. But even after taking appointment and ensuring by the call attendee that it would take not more then 15 min of waiting time, my waiting time was 1 and half hour...

Otherwise, my treatment and diagnosis was fine.

And just a suggestion, if u want to take a real time feedbacks, it's always best to take negative feedbacks rather then the options given for question for "what your happy with?" It would be better to ask "what are you not happy with?"

I clearly understand that any system shall improve only through feedback system..hence i hope the institution takes my above comments as a good sport. Cheers.

Dr. Jagjeet Sethi is an exceptional doctor! My mother had been struggling with a skin problem for 3 years, consulting multiple doctors without much success, we almost lose hope. However, Dr. Jagjeet's treatment made a remarkable difference, and within a month, her skin issues significantly improved. FisrtlyI had to wait for almost 4 hours for consultation with the doctor. When it was my turn to meet the doctor, *** *** *** ********** ******* ** *** it took her less than a minute to even examine my complaints of my skin rashes. I had two types of skin rashes, one on my legs and the other on my back. I was then asked to do blood and urine tests!!! ***** **** *** **** ******* ** ** ********* *** ***** * ****** ** * *** **** ** ******* ******** * **** ***** **** ** ***** **** **** The tests were very expensive indeed. I was then being asked to wait for my reports and so I waited expecting the doctor to check my emails reports and give me the relevant medications related to my complaints. Got my report after 2 hours and the doctor left leaving the receptionist or assistant who was not even a doctor to explain my reports and give me medicines!!!!

One more thing..I already received my prescription on my practo app even before my reports were out ***** ***** *** *** *** **** ***** ** ******* ** *** ***** **** *** *** ********* ******* *** *** **** *** ******* ******** **********

Doctor is very cordial and patient in understanding the problem. She explains the treatment thoroughly. The behavior of the staff in the clinic is also very good; everyone is addressed in a very respectable manner. I am happy to see such a health centre and would recommend it.

It was good. The doctor was nice. I am seeing improvements with my skin and I am thoroughly satisfied with the treatment so far and the politeness and willingness of the staff, in general I am happy with this clinic and will recommen it to anyone seeking for any medical advice.

The doctor was friendly and cleared all my queries. The medicines she prescribed worked well on me. It was my second visit today and I was excited to meet her again. Everyone in the clinic were very friendly and hospitable. I would definitely approve of this clinic to my family and friends.

Professionalism i would say....the doctor made it clear about the problem......the doubts that i have....,...how to expect the outcome with patience and consistency regarding the treatment... Over all everything is superb......we are lucky to have such a good doctor....

Doctor was too good but the experience at hope clinic was very bad. I waited more more than 3 hours just to be able to meet the Doctor. There was not more than 10 patients but the service was taking too much time. I hope the clinic will value the time of the patients as well.
