Akhila Soukya's team has greatly helped me to analyze step by step, the areas which are affecting my health, in terms of Lifestyle, stress levels, and mainly hormonal imbalances, PMS, and also my mental health getting affected due to my overthinking. The team has just made simple changes to the lifestyle routine, which is quite easy to follow, and get back to peaceful mental and physical health.

I am happy to share that my thyroid levels have almost come to normal stage within two months of joining the program. I have also got introduced to Yoga specialists Laishram and Herina Mam, They taught me to some simple yoga poses and breathing exercises to relax my mind and body and keep me calm and reduce my stress levels. Due to this, I have got rid of my overthinking and also helped me to stick to a deep sleep routine. The yoga team has greatly helped to support my health in a positive and mental way.
