As I approached my mid-30s, my job as a technical marketing professional often kept me on the go, making it difficult to consistently eat healthy homemade meals. This, combined with my weight of 82 kg, became a significant health concern. Carrying excess weight not only impacted my overall health, but also made me feel bulky and self-conscious.

To address these issues, I decided to consult a registered dietitian. They created a personalized plan that fit my busy lifestyle, incorporating a variety of healthy and convenient options. This included delicious and nutritious choices like fresh juices, protein-rich soups, gluten-free alternatives when needed, and low-oil cooking methods for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.

Following the dietitian's guidance for 3 months, I successfully reached my weight loss goals and, more importantly, developed healthy eating habits that I can maintain long-term. The dietitian also provided valuable education on portion control, mindful eating practices, and staying hydrated.

Dietitians are generally perceived to be Weight Loss/Control and Body Tuning Specialists. Dr. Swati Patel is an exception to this stereotyping.

She has motivated and guided me to arrest further deterioration of my kidney failure with a very restrictive (tasteless!) but effective meal plans controlling my salt, protein and other intakes since my first visit to her. She is indeed a very friendly, experienced and competent professional with a superior ability to connect with the patient. She regularly monitors the prescribed meal plans and is readily available with telephonic support and motivation at all times.

I consider her to be a very ******** *** **** life pro-longer and motivator to arrest my irreversible kidney disease for now. Ms Swati is a wonderful nutritionist and has a vast knowledge of her work. Her diet plans are extremely easy and do-able.

Doctor knows her job well, her recommendations seems coming from great practice and logical, unlike doctors who may keep on experimenting to arrive at point what would be the best diet for this body. The changes in my food plan seemed very reasonable and doable. The generosity was such that I can call her to ask for help even in preparing the food or any doubts queries.

Further I had a query with hair density, and again that was explained very simplistically, which generally I have seen doctors, who explain so complex wise that it seems very great effort by those doctors just to make it expensive affair. Very helpful individual, would recommend her anytime over any other nutritionist.

Having a dietitian like Dr. Swati Patel is life changing. After-all she helped to regain my confidence back which I have lost due to years of unsuccessful self organised diet, weight gain and shame. I was referred to meet Dr. Swati by one of my Friend while i was looking to loose some kilos with a proper guidance & trust me it was a good decision.

She is exceptionally good and gives you the right guidance on how easily you can plan your diet and loose weight quickly.
