Dr. Sunil Kumar Rout

Dr. Sunil Kumar Rout was the state topper of Orissa medical entrance - 1989. He did his medical graduation (MBBS) from SCB Medical College, Cuttack, MS (General Surgery) from VSS Medical College, Burla. He completed his residency (MCh) in plastic surgery from the best institution of the country for the specialty, PGIMER, Chandigarh in December 2004. He did two overseas fellowships - Microsurgery fellowship from UCSF, USA and Craniofacial surgery fellowship through international scholar program of ASPS from New York, Cleveland, Dallas of USA and Toronto, Canada in 2012. He has presented research papers and chaired scientific sessions in various national and international conferences. He has authored and reviewed many papers published in reputed medical journals He is one of the leading cleft lip & palate surgeons of the country. He mostly practices cleft craniofacial and cosmetic surgery. Works in Kalinga Hospital, Bhubaneswar and Newlook Cosmetic Surgery Clinic, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
