Sudhir sir gave all his time and efforts and treated me like his own son taking care of time limitation in consideration. The staff was so helpful and good. They are well trained *** **** at what they're doing.

You can rely on Dr Sudhir as much as your family and trust me, you can shell out your money anywhere in the world but you cant get the kind of attention he will pay towards your problem.

Don't bol appointment on practo these are fakes , If you want to consult with doctor you may have to go visit clinic or you may call on clinic number, nothing else then.

I recently visited this clinic after booking an appointment through Practo due to my father's speech difficulties. ************** *** ********* *** ********* ***** ******** **** ****** ******** ******* ***** *** ********* ** **** ******** ******* **** ******** ********** *********** *** ********* ****** Despite explaining my father's condition and requesting accommodation, the attendant refused to let us see the doctor, even after multiple requests. The lack of empathy, especially towards an elderly patient, was shocking. I wish I had known about their booking protocol beforehand. This experience was unacceptable, and I hope the clinic addresses the attendant's behavior.

** ** ***** **** **** ******* ****** ********** The same is the case with this clinic also. When I visited the clinic, I saw that Dr. S. K. Jha is an Ex Army Doctor. He has been recognized by the State Government for his works. But the behaviour of the clinic staffs are very rude. In fact, while giving appointment they call you at 6.00 p.m. and make you wait till 8.00 p.m. There is no time table. I had come from far away and had to return also. So I requested to kindly follow the time of appointment. *** **** ******* ******** *** **** *** ** **** ***** ** **** ** *********** ** **** ** The doctor also silently supports this arrogant behaviour of staff. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone *** *** * ****** ** **** ******** ***** *** **** **** *********** ************* *** ****** ***** *****

1. Doctor is good but all the Staffs are Arrogant, Even staffs don't behave properly with Patients. You can try call over phone and see how they talk to you.

2. Doctor writes any test, that should get done by their network test center only and network test center costs more than double from market. *** *** ******* ** **** **** ** ******** ******* **** ****** ** ****** *** ** ****** ** *** *** **** ** ***** ** ******

3. They will accept test report only from their network test center.

I visited doctor today and found all the staff as well as doctor is arrogant and rude.Doctor removed my mother blood pressure medicine and added one blood pressure medicine.when i asked him which one is blood pressure medicine he said counter staff will let u know.when i asked counter staff which is blood pressure medicine he added he said i dont know.ironical so i asked go and please ask doctor he said aap sab dawa chala do bina samjhe ki kaun sa dawa kaun saa hai and same doctor said when i visited his chamber again.he said i am rude because i asked for medicine mechanism n working it is wastage of time as per doctor.patient should eat it whatever his condition is and he dont have time to discuss because many patient are waiting outside *** ** **** ** **** ***** *please donot seek this *** doctor.

In the initial visit the doctor seemed to be quite cooperative but later on for follow up his staff was bit arrogant. It was quite difficult contacting him to seek emergency medical advice for patients who could not visit him regularly. He never picked up call or replied to massage. A thoroughly unprofessional approach.

He is very friendly and listen problem with whole heartedly. Well experienced and must to visit for Niro related issues.

He has been our consultant for the last 15 years. I really don't have words to express about his expertise. He is simply wonderful. May God bless him.

Doctor is really good but all staff are more arrogant. They always misbehave with the patient. They are very much rude.

Suggestions for the Doctor and management: Need to change the staff.

There should be minimal professionalism from the staff side but unfortunately it's not at all.
