Dr. Sandhya Naidu

I was first surprised by seeing the clinic ambience and the equipments they are using for treating the patients. The Lumenis laser, I think the first in vijayawada is equipped in this clinic. I am 100% satisfied by the treatment and would diffinetely recommend Dr. Sandhya naidu garu to all family and friends

It was awsome experience. Extreme care taken by the staff. My problem was cleared, too happy to see the recovery.

I visited Pink Lotus clinic for severe acne and underwent few sessions of laser. In my experience.

Pros

1. Doctor explained the issue & Suggested multiple options of treatement ( long term/ short term) in different cost margins. I didn't see any drastic improvement after 4 laser sessions but I had realistic expectations from the treatment . Laser treatment controlled active acne .

Cons

1. Be prepared to wait for min 30-40 minutes. Even though you go by the time they give you there is always a wait time. Hospital is not crowded. Doctor most probably starts from her place after patient arrives.

2. Doctor has limitations to accomdate patients time constraints & availability for treatment/ sessions..if you have lot free time and willing to get done as per doctor's convenience ,then you can opt for this clinic. I personally didn't liked it. In my last session, doctor just left after procedure without further guidance on next steps which was a very bad experience. If you are paying 25k overall to get this kind of treatment is just a big NO. This is very unprofessional behaviour in my opnion.

3. Reception service needs lot of improvement. They call you multiple times until you pay the amount and after that don't bother to followup for treatment. In my experience, they were not able to convey properly what patient is saying to doctor and can't give proper information on doctor availability . We have to followup multiple times. Overall client relationship management is needs lot of improvement.

I wouldn't go second time here . I would opt for some other clinic and prefer a prefer a doctor with a proper professional courtesy.

She is good at her profession but don't have any patience.

The way of communication is not good for his profession

I think she gave good madication.

She was preferable to ladies

I went for my son (8yrs old) skin issue in his face. His attitude is not good and she is not giving any value or attention for patients and their issues.. if u want spent more pls visit here. i dont want recommend this doctor

Loved the experience ... Doesn't prescribe unnecessary things ... She was very welcoming and explained every bit of the treatment regimens ...

I don't like the way she behaved with the patient and also the way she conveyed the treatment. I'm not interested in suggesting any one to go and feel like same...
