Dr. Rajeev Jain

Dr. Rajeev jain is a leading eye surgeon with over two decades of experience in ophthalmic practice. He finished his postgraduation in ophthalmology from government medical college and hospital, patiala, punjab in 2000. Thereafter, he completed 3 years of senior residency programme from prestigious government medical college and hospital, chandigarh. He joined the world reknowned department of ophthalmology at pgimer, chandigarh as assistant professor in glaucoma services. He has a keen interest in academics and has over 30 publications in peer reviewed ophthalmic journals and numerous paper/poster presentations in national and international ophthalmic conferences. He was awarded travel grant fellowship to singapore for paper presentations. He has been actively involved in patient care and glaucoma research. He is very experienced in all kinds of anterior segment surgeries with special interest in glaucoma surgeries including trabeculectomy, glaucoma valves for advanced glaucoma cases and nd:yag laser iridotomy etc as prophylactic procedure for glaucoma.
