I went for nutrition consulting. Dr. Neha listens to your daily ritual and eating habits and notes every thing. She provided me diet chart that we could cook at home easily and not very costly. In case things are not easily available or too costly to afford you can openly mention and she will suggest alternatives. She also takes care of your preferences like veg, non-veg etc and prepares the diet chart. In my first 45 days of following diet chart up to 90% I have lost 6 kya and feels more energetic. In few days I will progress to alternate diet plan she will be sharing with me. I am quite satisfied with the results and would recommend her contact to others looking for diet consulting.
