What I really appreciated is how patiently he explains everything, never rushes and makes sure you understand the entire process. In my case, he even corrected the final crowns twice just to achieve the most optimal result. He is thorough, easy to talk to and very professional. My case wasn't a simple RCT or something minor, it was a lengthy and complex procedure involving post and core and replacement of 6 unit crowns which I am happy to have got it done from an expert, which otherwise would have been a challenge for any other dentist. Finally kudos to the staff and Dr. Narmata, who are well-spoken, supportive and clearly hardworking, which adds to the overall experience.
