Dr Sakshi Goel was recommended to me by Dr Kushal Jain.few years back.When I saw Sakshi the young sweet little girl that she is I told Dr Jain she is too young to handle my life issues but Dr told me trust me she is quite good attend her session once.After the session Dr Jain asked me how was it I said good he said see I told you but due to some personal issues I could not continue but today I did a video consultation with her and she proved again that she is capable and great at her job.She was quite a patient listener and after talking to her I got hope.I surely recommend her to everyone.

I've been avoiding seeing a therapist for a long time. But a turn of events forced me to reach out to one. And I'm glad I went for Sakshi. She has been pretty supportive throughout the last few months. She's a good listener (which is kind of a given considering the fact that she's a therapist). And she gives actionable advice (most of which I didn't take for a long because hey, depression isn't exactly motivational). The breakup hurt and so did the time it took to heal. But I healed a lot, so yay me. I still swing between being normal and depressed but it's better than being depressed all the time. All in all, don't expect this to be a magic pill (that's the psychiatrist's job) but see it as a journey. For me the journey was 7 months and counting. And I hope to end up leading a normal life at the end.
