Attitude of the doctor very cold. Would not even look at our faces while talking and stares at his computer while talking to us. It's logical to think no emergency issues come in email or on computer, but would come on pagers or phone calls. So wonder what was so important to read on computer, when the patient is in the room concerned about the child. I appreciate he having graduated from a reputed college and named neonatologist, but a welcoming attitude would be respectful towards the patients.
