He has graphed his career with singular determination to develop, evaluate and propagate Minimal Access, Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery in Shekhawati. The advent of Laparoscopic surgery with his hands became a point in Shekhawati region’s medical history.Dr. Mahesh Rao established the Minimal Access Surgery Centre, Lokpriya Hospital, Sikar in 2010, which was the first of its kind in the Shekhawati region. His Institute at Noble Care Hospital is the First Centre for Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery, Hernia surgery and all other advanced laparoscopic surgery in entire Shekhawati region of Rajasthan and one of the few in Rajasthan.
