We consulted Dr. Heena Baxi when my father got COVID. My father had problems like Sugar, Blood pressure, Thyroid, and Cholesterol which made us very tensed when he got COVID. Dr. Heena listened to these concerns carefully, even asked us to share the current severity of these diseases and the medication my father is taking, and took all of this into account before prescribing medicines for COVID. She monitored the situation closely throughout and helped my father recover properly. We could reach out to her anytime for our queries and she was always very responsive. I recommend her strongly, be it for ENT problems or for COVID.

It was our first experience with her. She is a good listener and doesn't conclude anything based on assumption which most doctors do. She would want to know everything about ur problem and then tell u tests to or scans to confirm the diagnosis results. We would like to call her very careful and cautious in her approach which definately works for us.
