One of my family Dr suspected squint for my kid and advised to consult eye Dr. Considering she is a kid we were conscious that whomsoever look in to eyes need to be specialist with hands-on experience in squint surgeries. Did extensive study across multiple channels and spotted Dr Srikanth from Leela Eye Clinic as safe pair of hands. The Doctor was extremely patient and kind to my 3.5 year old son. He immediately put him at ease and made the check up enjoyable. He also took time to explain to us the reasons for the occurance of myopic vision and it's correlation to genetics.

I was most impressed by the support staff and the manner in which they managed appointments. The clinic was very comfortable and clean.

The wait time is due to the number of patients and the manner in which everyone is given their due. So nothing to complain about here. This is our first visit to the clinic.

I had consulted Dr Parthasarathy for cataract in both eyes. He patiently explained the types of available IOL and what I could expect with each type, so that I could make an informed choice on whether to go by his recommendation or otherwise.

The surgeries were surprisingly smooth (at least from my side as the patient!) and I'm quite pleased with the results. I had some restriction on possible surgery date for the second eye, and the doctor rescheduled his holiday plan to accommodate me. Otherwise I would have had to wait 4 months of so while trying to manage with one good and one 'bad' eye.

The clinic is well appointed, and the supporting staff are competent, friendly and polite. Definitely way better than the impersonal treatment one gets in a large establishment.

OMG how I missed this Doctor all these years. Good that atleast now I came to know about him. He is so Friendly and professional. My five year kid was already wearing spectacles and still he complained that he is not able see board at school. Doctor thoroughly checked and confirmed that my kids power got changed and clearly advised us as what to follow and what not. Came home with more than 100% satisfaction. Next time for any eye treatment cannot think about any other doctor other than Dr.Parthasarathy.

I would like to explain you all the reason for me giving the negative rating

I went into the clinic with my 7MONTH old baby to treat his conjuctivities, the doctor Mr. V C Parthasarathy without any doubt is a Great doctor, he was patient enough to hear the patients complaints and answered all our queries *** **** *** ********* *** **** ********* *** ** ** *** **** ****** ** ***** ******** *** ******** but when is comes to staff they are the curse to the clinic, they did not allow us to sit inside as my baby has conjuctivities and were made to sit outside in a optical room where there was no ac and full of mosquitoes, they didn't have the basic curtosy that I'm having a 7 month old baby, the next time I went in for checkup again we were made to wait outside and didn't allow us into the clinic, the third time the baby had severe inflammation and it was bleeding so obviously as a parent I'll fell tensed and I called the clinic to get an appointment, think in lay man terms how bleeding in the eyes of a 7month old baby creates panic, the clinic is 5 mins from my place I told them that if I get 5 mins appointment also it's enough but they were not ready to give me the appointment, they said that doctor told that he is not going to check any patient further, but I'm sure that the VCP wouldn't have told that and this is the trick played by the clinic staff, the guy who was speaking with me was so rude and unprofessional and obviously one will get raised so I got raised and said that this is not the only eye clinic in Chennai and I'll check with some other doctor and disconnected the call. Again after two weeks baby had some itching so I called the clinic to get appointment, the doctor is the best doctor so I wanted to give a try to fix an appointment with him, but the same guy picked the call and he immediately recognised my name and said that he can't give me an appointment I argued with him that he has no right to say that and told him to check with doctor, he placed me on hold and said that even doctor told the same thing again here I'm sure that doctor VCP wouldn't have told that because he is such a down to earth person, this the trick played by the guy, doctor VCP if you get to see this review pls take necessary action against the staff who doesn't have even the basic curtosy and they are not fit to work in an place like hospital where human emotions play a major role

Well I did not know I had chalazion. The doctor explained what the bump on my right eye lower eye lid is, gave an explanation as to what leads to it and how it usually gets cleared off on its own but in my case since it had not cleared we would need to clear it by a minor operation. He gave the details on the operation procedure and cost and also how to keep the problem away by following precautions.

Also he told that complete retinal eye check up is available in the consultation fees which he could have easily avoided and still made me pay 600.

Very nice in dealing with patients, polite and takes in patients concerns and calmed me when i got scared of the word operation. haven't yet gone for the operation but if I do choose will not hesitate to go here.

All i can say is that, he is the best . The environment is very good. He spends his time on you and listen to your problems.

He is not the kind of doctor who prescribe the stuff even though not needed.Believe me i have had experience on around 5 different doctors.The best part what i have observed is that they wont take money from you upfront once you have done with your consultation and when your about leave then only you need to pay. By this you can understand this is not a greedy hospital its for needy.

The doctor was very patient and spoke so gentle. He was eager to address all the causes and effects of the infection. He explained to us very clearly about what the problem was and how the infection occurred. Though I was reluctant about the minor surgery he recommended, he was quick to come up with a less scary alternative. I will definitely recommend him to everyone I know in Chennai.

Clinic is in a nice and calm location. The staff at reception assisted promptly for all support matters. The lady who checked the vision was quite patient to compare different sets of lenses for my father. Finally the doctor met us without much delay and was very detailed and courteous. He is also a very senior professional which gives us the comfort that the diagnosis and treatment should be quite in order!

Dr. Parthasarathy is definitely a professional who made me feel comfortable at the first place and asked relevant questions. He did a thorough job of checking my eye sight. I would definitely go back to Dr. Parthasarathy in the future for all eye related issues. To improve customer experience, we gave him suggestions on how to improvise the service if there is a delay in seeing the patients who come there by appointments.
