Dr. Suresh Adimulam is a dedicated and compassionate doctor who accurately diagnosed my Myositis after years of uncertainty. He patiently listened to my concerns and provided effective treatment, which helped me recover. Despite some wait times, the care and accurate diagnosis made the experience worthwhile and worth the fee.

The doctor is very good *** ************** However, the expenses were quite high, which was disappointing.

We had a terrible experience today. As such every time we come by prior appointment only and we have to keep waiting. Till date we never could go on the time allotted to us. On asking the receptionist, the standard reply "meekene mundu vachhina vaaru ku inka chooda ledu'. Then the very purpose of the appointment is lost.

Today, the staff at the receptiin took my wife's file, kept on her tabke and vanished. Only when I repeatedly asked for her she came and processed our file very lethargically. I presume that this was being done deliberately to delay the reporting time. It was the same with other patients and it appeared as if everyone were getting frustrated.

After a long wait I requested politely for my file by cslling them madam but both turned a deaf ear. Even after repeatedly asking, they were behaving as if they have not heard which nade me loose my cool. Their is a limit to the patience.. Last but not the least when you tolld on the phone to your staff to facilitate us requesting the patients agead of us to jump the que, your staff were calling the names of the patients and telling them to barge in as soon as the patient comes out. They never came to facilitate. We on our own had requeted and then came in. This is absolutely not in order. We did not again tell this to you during the check up since by then I realsed that it would be sheer time consuming. I suggest that you advise your staff to be more courteous, polite and abive all a facilitator rather than being at the receptiin with an indifferent attitude. Moreover they should be careful at the time of giving appointments which would help in avoiding such probkens.

Dr. Suresh Adimulam is a good physician who provides excellent patient care. He is very patient and attentive during the treatment.
