In order to further enhance my practice, did a course of Predictive Homeopathy - SCPH and SCPH PLUS( Mumbai). In 2017, my initial symptom was acute constipation. I recalled my biology teacher in school telling us that bananas have lots of fibres. Well I tried this idea, but it was not effective. I then visited my allopath doctor, who then thought of it as an stomach infection, for which he gave me medications. Within few days, I revisited him. His next suggestion was to do a TSH test, and check on my thyroid. I had no clue what thyroid / TSH really meant then. So I basically sat on internet (For about 10 hrs) all day, educating myself on TSH / Thyroid.
