Highly recommended. Great experience so far. Before the sessions, the pain in my lower back was spread out and continuous. Post the first session itself the pain was reduced to a single area and pain itself was significantly reduced.

I would suggest before starting session please have an x-ray report of patient for proper diagonse you should not have to start exercise from day one, In X-ray report straightening of the normal lumbar lordotic curvature is seen for which exercises should not be perform by patient initially.
The treatment is systematic. The doctor gives clear instructions on how to proceed with the recommended exercises and guidelines to make the healing process more effective.

She explained me about d cause of the pain n gave different treatments everyday at different places of my left hand n left shoulder including dry needling when pain was more..helps me regularly with d strengthening exercises along with the theraband n today after 6 days of treatment under her has already began to show improvement.I am quite better n going to continue with her later too on and off to maintain the strength of my hands' muscles.
