He Was Former professor, Sr. Consultant and Head (Nursing Home), Department of Medicine at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Medicial Sciences and Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi. He was post graduate teacher, supervisor and examiner for MD (Medicine) Students He had been an adviser to UPSC, Delhi for Combined Medical Services.He was visiting physician to 7 Prime Ministers of india during the period 1996 to 2021.
