I have minor ACL sprain. I consulted many orthopaedic doctors and got different responses from each of them. I followed whatever they prescribed but even after 2.5 months, I had pain. I even lost the confidence to walk without support or without knee braces.
One of my friends, who also took treatment from Dr, Sonia recommended me to once go to her for consultation. Now it's only been 5 days and the pain is almost gone.
