im 22 year. checkup eyes for colour blind and more tratemnent. i can not see same colour vision . thnk
** * ****** ****** ******* ***** I consulted him as a patient and was deeply disappointed with the treatment I received.
It was evident that patient care and respect for others’ time were not priorities for the doctor.
I had called ahead and arrived on time for my appointment. However, upon arrival, I was ******* informed that the doctor might not show up and was asked to wait indefinitely. Only after insisting did the receptionist call the doctor, and I was told after a 15-minute wait that I would need to wait an additional 45 minutes.
Respecting his time, I returned after an hour, only to be informed that my eye check-up can only happen the following working day.
When I respectfully confronted the doctor about this ************** behavior and ********* **** ** *** **** * ******** his response was dismissive and self-centered. He claimed he had other commitments but offered to see me if I waited another 10 minutes, * ****** ******* that lacked sincerity.
I ultimately left without receiving treatment, as I refuse to be treated with such disregard.
Disrespecting a patient’s time and devaluing them in this manner is unacceptable. Patients deserve professional care and respect, especially when they are paying for a service. This experience was both disappointing and unacceptable.
