I first saw Dr. Gayathri R back in August 2021 for sinus issues and went back in September 2026 when they came back. I noticed some big improvements in how the clinic is run this time around. The phone booking system is super handy and saves a lot of time. The waiting area is comfortable, and things are really well-organized with patients being called in turn.

For the past few days, I was feeling dizzy and like the room was moving. Dr. Gayathri examined me carefully and explained the situation, The treatment helped and I am feeling much better now. The appointment staff was also very friendly and helpful.1

Overall had a very good experience with the doctor here. The only downside was the waiting time—even with an appointment, it took nearly half an hour to actually see the doctor. That said, I can see why there is a delay: the doctor genuinely gives enough time to every single patient instead of hurrying through consultations. All my doubts were answered calmly, and the diagnosis felt spot-on. Highly recommend the doctor, just plan for an extra 30 minutes in your schedule when you visit.

Deviated Septum, I visited Dr. Gayathri because I was having difficulty breathing through my nose, especially at night. She checked me properly and explained the issue in a simple way. I felt comfortable during the consultation and the treatment advice was helpful.
